How Mr. Sankar Rao Sees Rooftop Solar Expanding Beyond Major Indian Cities

Mierae Solar supports homeowners through key stages of residential rooftop solar adoption, including home visits, document collection, installation and assistance with subsidy-related procedures and system activation. Its online solar savings calculator also helps homeowners explore suitable system sizes, estimated energy generation, and potential savings based on their electricity bills.

With a presence across Odisha and Andhra Pradesh, including cities such as Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Visakhapatnam and Vijayawada, the company has a regional foundation for reaching households beyond major urban centers. This creates opportunities to expand awareness and adoption of rooftop solar in Odisha and rooftop solar in Andhra Pradesh, subject to service availability in individual locations.

The company also highlights product protection and free maintenance as part of its residential solar offering. These features can help address common concerns about system reliability and post-installation support, particularly among first-time solar buyers.

As renewable energy awareness grows, accessible information and dependable installation services will be essential to expanding solar adoption in smaller towns. By combining installation assistance with homeowner guidance, Mierae Solar is contributing to wider access to rooftop solar solutions across Odisha and Andhra Pradesh.
